Shipping policy

Shipping:

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 10-15 working days after the order has been placed. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. In some cases, due to high demand, unforeseen circumstances, or current riots happening in our country, shipping times may be longer. If this is the case, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated shipping timeframe.

Domestic Delivery Time:

Delivery timeline : Once shipped 3-5 business days

Shipping timeline : Once the order placed 10-15 business days for dispatch

International Delivery Time:

Delivery timeline- 10-15 Business days -once shipped 
Shipping timeline- Once the order placed 10-15 business days.

We do refinish and repolish of each item before dispatch so that it stays same for a longer period of time to the customer.

That’s why the timeline of 10 to 15 business days, though we try to dispatch each order as soon as possible

Rates:

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, which will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the shipping destination. We currently only ship within the Globe.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays:

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as inclement weather or carrier delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and work with you to resolve any issues.
