Refund policy
As these are made to order pieces, products dispatched in perfect condition will not be exchanged or return & amount will be non-refundable, but if you happen to find damage to your product, please contact immediately & send us the detailed pictures. (opening video is must).
NOTE:
As we are manufacturers and wholesalers of this jewellery, once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within the 24 hours time
After that, there is no cancellation, return or refund .
Kindly note that a partial payment of ₹500, made at the time of placing the COD order, is non-refundable.
For orders placed using the Partial COD option, the advance amount paid at the time of placing the order is strictly non-refundable. In case of order cancellation or rejection at the time of delivery, the partial payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.
